Notice is hereby given to the public that unscrupulous individual has been posing as representative, members, affiliates, employed of ROC.PH or name dropping the latter in fraudulent scheme to solicit funds from the public.

In particular, please be warned that ROC.PH has not authorized any person to solicit money or other things value from the public to the alleged benefit of ROC.PH or any other cause, for that matter.
