Domain Price Adjustment

As part of our main services, Domain is one of the most important add-on service for your website. It also helps to boost your brand using digital marketing and creative graphic design created for you.

Sometimes, we cannot predict price movements including the other fees which always shoulder by ROC.PH.  To maintain the lowest possible price, We do a lot of computation from our management team. Earlier, We receive some price adjustment and unforeseen fees which cause additional expenses.

We will never ask all clients to shoulder or include it in our pricing. Instead, We will be increasing the pricing to prevent other charges but ROC.PH will be giving you (our clients) more benefits from this price.

Installation,Maintenance, Set-up and Support are waived and included on the price given. No other fees will be charges.

Concerns: 

1. If your supplier has adjustments and other fees, Do you also charge us?

2. I am buying a Premium Domain. Is it the same price?

– No, Ask for our Premium Domain Service.

3. I want to buy a domain but it is not available now. Can we purchase it to the owner?

– No, Ask for our Domain Broker Service.

4. Can we still pay the previous price?

– All new and transfer domain registration will use new price on our website.
5. I have a pending domain order. Am I still paying the old price?

– Yes, We will be giving you until January 31, 2020, to settle the payment. Or else, We will automatically cancel the invoice order on our system. However, You may still purchase it on us with the new price.

6. I want to pay more than 2 years for the domain. Can I get a discount?

– We will give a promotional coupon code until March 12020. After that, You may wait for further announcement or promotions.

7. My domain is expired.Can I still renew it?

– You have 15 days from the date of expiration to renew. Or else, You need to contact us for possible options.
