Startup Deal Program started last February 2019 and growing tremendously for over 200 clients nationwide in the Philippines.

For 2 months of serving Filipino business owners, Our team saw a high volume of interested clients who want to be part of the program. However, We aim to evaluate every businesses and professional who wants to get a one-year subscription of our Startup Plan at no charge.

We also found out most of the registered program subscribers had very slow response time which affects the project completion and both expectations. Unfortunately, many of them do not have purchase domain as a requirement when getting a website and/or SSL Certificate for your site’s security as optional versus on paid one.

Lastly, Our Web Developers, Graphic Designers, Online Marketing Consultants, IT System Administrators and your Sales & Account Executives work hard to bring your requirements into reality and use it at your business but we receive a report of trying to get in on our program, ask us to create a website and use our outputs to other businesses or competitors who promised something we don’t know.

We created the program to help startups, micro, small and medium enterprises to have their Digital Team (IT and Marketing) from us. Let’s make some a little details:

PRICING: As low as Php 1,500 per month, you can get a website, online marketing consultation and graphic design services. Maybe you can find to others if they can offer this one.

SERVICE REQUEST: You will get what you want. Just let us know and we will do it for you with an expected date of response. Plus, unlimited revisions are guaranteed if you want a best for it.

DEDICATED ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE: You will talk to our Account Executive on your requests and concern via email, chat, phone or even visit our office.

SUPPORT: We are working, accepting and response on your requests from Mondays to Fridays, from 8 a.m to 5 p.m except on holidays and weekends.

TIPS: Do you know sometimes we still work on Saturdays as our dedication to bringing your requests on time?

As a result, We had a meeting last week and come up with a very reasonable “Priority Support”.

LOW = A program client subscriber does not purchase domain or SSL. The ticket takes up to 72 hours of response time.

MEDIUM=A program client subscriber purchase domain or SSL. The ticket takes up to 48 hours of response time.

HIGH = A program client subscriber purchase domain and SSL. The ticket takes up to 24 hours of response time.

The Priority Support will use when you initiate a request. It will affect once you purchase a domain and/or SSL. Also, Your Graphic Design and Online Marketing Consultation will also get the same priority support level.

Example, You purchase a domain and SSL. You will automatically get the Priority Support Level: High. Once you initiate a request, Your ticket will be top of Low and Medium. The Account Executive will process it accordingly and get an immediate response.

The Priority Support will start on the first day of May 2019. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us or you assigned Account Executive.

Installation Fee worth Php 500.00 per domain or SSL purchase but this will be waived for the first 30 days of being a subscriber. For existing subscribers, We will provide complimentary no installation fee until May 31, 2019.

UNPAID INVOICE: Starting May 1 2019, All upcoming and unpaid invoices will be held for 5 days only and automatically cancel by the system. Please be reminded the invoice does not entitle for reservation. The invoice should be paid first before processing of the service needed.
