Position Overview

The Growth and Partnerships Intern will support both business development (client acquisition, partnerships, research) and community programs (scholarship, PWD/MSME support, advocacy). This role is ideal for students who want hands-on experience in business, entrepreneurship, and development work while making a real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Support

• Assist in market research and competitor analysis

• Support client outreach and partnership development activities

• Help prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks

• Coordinate with internal teams on campaigns related to business growth

Community Program Support

• Assist in organizing scholarship and community outreach initiatives

• Help document beneficiary stories, testimonials, and reports

• Support coordination with NGOs, schools, cooperatives, and partner organizations

• Contribute to impact reports and community engagement updates

General/Administrative

• Maintain updated records of partners, clients, and beneficiaries

• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

• Provide administrative support for events, webinars, or training sessions

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Development Studies, Public Administration, Social Work, Sociology, Political Science, International Studies, or other related fields

• Strong communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills

• Passion for both business and social impact initiatives

• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

• Basic knowledge of digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM, or project management platforms) is an advantage
