We are writing to provide a transparent update regarding the recent technical disruptions experienced across our platform over the past few days.

What Happened?

• July 21 2026 (Tuesday) & July 22 2026 (Wednesday): Our platform experienced temporary downtime due to unexpected technical issues originating from our global Content Delivery Network (CDN) data centers. These issues occurred while executing two critical major software platform and system upgrades aimed at improving overall performance and user experience.
• July 23 2026 (Thursday): To handle a sudden spike in traffic following these changes, our team initiated server propagation upgrades to stabilize connection speeds and load distribution.

Additionally, during this period, our network detected unusual traffic patterns, including a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack.

Actions Taken

Our technical and security teams acted quickly to mitigate these disruptions:

• Platform Upgrades Completed: The scheduled major software updates have been successfully deployed.
• Infrastructure Stabilized: Server propagation and traffic routing adjustments were made to ensure the platform handles high traffic volumes smoothly.
• Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Boosted: In response to the DDoS attempt, we immediately elevated our cyber defense protocols, reinforced server firewalls, and upgraded our data privacy measures to protect your information and ensure uninterrupted service moving forward.
