1. Introduction

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlines the terms and conditions for services provided by ROC.PH Digital Marketing Services (“ROC.PH”). By subscribing to our services, clients acknowledge and accept these terms.


2. Scope of Services

ROC.PH offers the following services on a subscription basis:

  • Web Development
  • Web Maintenance
  • Graphic Design
  • Virtual Assistance
  • Motion Graphics & Short Video Editing
  • Copywriting & Content Writing

All services include unlimited task requests and revisions, subject to task turnaround time and task limits.


3. Task Turnaround Time & Limits

  • Standard Turnaround Time: 5 business days per task.
  • Clients may purchase an upgrade to reduce turnaround time or increase task limits.
  • Revisions, changes, or new feature requests are considered new tasks.

4. Payment Terms

  • 100% payment is required before tasks begin.
  • Renewal payments must be received before resuming services.
  • Partial payments are accepted, but the project will not start until full payment is received.
  • Clients can upgrade turnaround time and task limits for an additional fee.

5. Refund & Returns Policy

  • Refunds are generally not provided.
  • However, in cases where ROC.PH fails to deliver services due to internal issues (not third-party causes), a partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion.

6. AI & Third-Party Tools Policy

  • ROC.PH may use AI tools to enhance service efficiency.
  • AI-generated content will not include personally identifiable data unless explicitly provided by the client.
  • Clients remain responsible for compliance with applicable data privacy laws.
  • ROC.PH is not liable for failures, security breaches, or damages caused by third-party software.

7. Confidentiality & Non-Exclusivity Clause

  • ROC.PH provides services on a subscription basis.
  • ROC.PH does not share proprietary information between competitors.
  • ROC.PH is not obligated to provide exclusivity and may serve multiple clients in the same industry.

8. Indemnification & Liability

  • Clients agree to indemnify ROC.PH from claims arising from third-party tool usage.
  • ROC.PH is not liable for service disruptions caused by third-party software.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes shall first be resolved through arbitration in [jurisdiction].
  • This does not prevent either party from seeking legal remedies under Philippine law.

10. Legal Compliance

  • This SLA complies with the Philippine Consumer Act (RA 7394), Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), and Competition Act (RA 10667).
  • Clients acknowledge that they have read and understood this agreement before subscribing.
