At ROC.PH Digital Marketing Services, we strive to provide high-quality, unlimited digital services to our clients in an efficient and fair manner. This Fair Use & Task Abuse Policy ensures that all users benefit from our services while preventing misuse, excessive requests, and unethical practices. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy in alignment with our Terms of Conditions and applicable laws and regulations.

1. Fair Use Guidelines

Fair use ensures that all subscribers receive equitable access to our services without any individual or entity monopolizing resources unfairly. To maintain service quality and efficiency, users must adhere to the following:

1.1 Reasonable Task Requests – Clients should submit requests that are within the scope of their selected plan and do not exceed a reasonable workload, as outlined in our service agreement.

1.2 Standard Processing Time – Each task follows the turnaround time specified in our Website Maintenance and Support Policy, typically up to 5 business days for standard tasks and up to 10 business days for tasks requiring plugin or theme adjustments.

1.3 Task Prioritization & Queue System – Tasks are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Urgent requests may require additional fees or prioritization agreements.

1.4 Respect for Business Hours – Our working hours are Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding holidays). Support outside of these hours is subject to availability and additional charges.

1.5 Clear Request Guidelines – Clients must provide clear and detailed instructions for each task to prevent unnecessary revisions and delays.

2. Prohibited Task Abuse Practices

To maintain a fair and sustainable workflow, the following actions are considered task abuse and are strictly prohibited:

2.1 Excessive or Overlapping Requests – Submitting multiple simultaneous requests beyond the reasonable workload for your plan, causing delays for other clients.

2.2 Unjustified Revisions & Rework – Requesting excessive modifications or repeated changes that contradict initial instructions or approved outputs.

2.3 Scope Creep – Submitting tasks that exceed the agreed-upon scope of work, including requests that require custom development outside of standard services. Clients will be notified if a request exceeds their plan’s coverage before additional fees are applied.

2.4 Misuse of Unlimited Service – Misrepresenting personal or third-party tasks as business-related to gain unfair access to unlimited services.

2.5 Automated or Fraudulent Task Submissions – Using bots, scripts, or unauthorized methods to generate task requests.

2.6 Harassment & Unreasonable Expectations – Threatening, pressuring, or excessively following up on tasks beyond agreed turnaround times, disrupting our workflow.

2.7 Multiple Account Exploitation – Creating multiple accounts to bypass fair use limits or gain unfair priority in task queues.

3. Consequences of Policy Violations

Violations of this policy may result in the following actions, depending on the severity of the abuse:

3.1 Warning Notification – Clients will receive an official notice regarding excessive or abusive task submissions.

3.2 Temporary Service Suspension – ROC.PH may suspend access to services if abuse continues after warnings.

3.3 Account Termination – Repeated or severe abuse may lead to permanent termination of services without a refund.

3.4 Legal Action – In cases of fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activities, ROC.PH reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in compliance with Philippine e-commerce and consumer protection laws.

3.5 Dispute Resolution – Clients may request a review of any enforcement action through our official dispute resolution process.

4. Reporting & Resolution

Clients who believe they have been unfairly affected by this policy may contact ROC.PH Client Support for resolution. Disputes will be reviewed based on service records, prior task history, and adherence to fair use guidelines.

By continuing to use ROC.PH Digital Marketing Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Fair Use & Task Abuse Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time, with notice provided to our clients.
