This position is 100% remote and designed to fulfill TESDA SIL / OJT requirement hours while giving you hands-on experience in digital event hosting, digital marketing, website management, and live audience engagement.

📣 Pre-Event Marketing & Preparation

  • Marketing & Promotion: Assist in creating and executing pre-event social media campaigns, promotional posts, and email graphics to build engagement and drive registrations.
  • Website Management: Create and update event landing pages, registration forms, speaker profiles, and schedules on our website.
  • Logistics & Assets: Prepare presentation slides, speaker briefs, run-of-show documents, and event media assets.

🎙️ During Event Execution & Live Hosting

  • Live Hosting Assistance: Co-host or moderate live virtual presentations, introduce speakers, manage transition slides, and keep the event running on schedule.
  • Audience Engagement: Monitor and moderate live audience Q&A, chat threads, polls, and technical troubleshooting during live streams.
  • Event Production Support: Assist in managing streaming software/tools (e.g., Zoom, StreamYard, OBS) to ensure seamless visuals and audio.

📝 Post-Event Wrap-Up & Content Creation

  • Blog & Content Writing: Draft and publish comprehensive post-event blog summaries, key takeaway articles, and highlights on the company website.
  • Social Media Recap: Create post-event recap posts, thank-you graphics, and highlight clips/quotes for social channels.
  • Website Updates: Archive completed events, upload session recordings, and publish event resource materials for attendees.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or completing a TESDA Qualification (e.g., Events Management Services NC III), Mass Communication, Marketing, Information Technology, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or a related field requiring OJT/SIL hours.
  • Technical & Soft Skills:
    • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and basic digital marketing principles.
    • Basic knowledge of website content updating (e.g., WordPress or custom CMS platforms) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
    • Clear communication skills with confidence in assisting or speaking during live online events and webinars.
    • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and timeline management.
  • Work Setup:
    • Personal laptop or desktop computer with a high-speed, stable internet connection.
    • A clear webcam, working headset/microphone, and a quiet environment for live hosting and production support.

  • 100% Work-From-Home (WFH) flexibility.
  • Direct hands-on experience in end-to-end digital event production, live hosting, and content marketing.
  • TESDA-compliant SIL/OJT documentation, logbook verification, performance evaluation, and a Certificate of Completion.
