We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Event Management Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will play an active part in bringing virtual and hybrid events to life—supporting every phase of the event lifecycle from pre-event promotion to live event execution and post-event content creation.
This position is 100% remote and designed to fulfill TESDA SIL / OJT requirement hours while giving you hands-on experience in digital event hosting, digital marketing, website management, and live audience engagement.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
📣 Pre-Event Marketing & Preparation
Marketing & Promotion: Assist in creating and executing pre-event social media campaigns, promotional posts, and email graphics to build engagement and drive registrations.
Website Management: Create and update event landing pages, registration forms, speaker profiles, and schedules on our website.
Logistics & Assets: Prepare presentation slides, speaker briefs, run-of-show documents, and event media assets.
🎙️ During Event Execution & Live Hosting
Live Hosting Assistance: Co-host or moderate live virtual presentations, introduce speakers, manage transition slides, and keep the event running on schedule.
Audience Engagement: Monitor and moderate live audience Q&A, chat threads, polls, and technical troubleshooting during live streams.
Event Production Support: Assist in managing streaming software/tools (e.g., Zoom, StreamYard, OBS) to ensure seamless visuals and audio.
📝 Post-Event Wrap-Up & Content Creation
Blog & Content Writing: Draft and publish comprehensive post-event blog summaries, key takeaway articles, and highlights on the company website.
Social Media Recap: Create post-event recap posts, thank-you graphics, and highlight clips/quotes for social channels.
Website Updates: Archive completed events, upload session recordings, and publish event resource materials for attendees.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
Currently enrolled in or completing a TESDA Qualification (e.g., Events Management Services NC III), Mass Communication, Marketing, Information Technology, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or a related field requiring OJT/SIL hours.
Technical & Soft Skills:
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and basic digital marketing principles.
Basic knowledge of website content updating (e.g., WordPress or custom CMS platforms) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
Clear communication skills with confidence in assisting or speaking during live online events and webinars.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and timeline management.
Work Setup:

A clear webcam, working headset/microphone, and a quiet environment for live hosting and production support.
