Data Analytics & AI Automation TESDA Trainee / OJT
💡 About the Role
We are seeking detail-oriented, tech-savvy Data Analytics & AI Automation Trainees to join our team. In this role, you won’t just be entering data—you will actively build, manage, and optimize modern data pipelines using spreadsheets, web platforms, interactive dashboard tools, and cutting-edge AI automation tools.
This position is 100% remote and designed to fulfill TESDA SIL / OJT requirement hours while providing hands-on experience with real-world business workflows.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Data Sourcing & Management: Source, extract, clean, and update project and campaign data across Google Sheets, MS Excel, company websites, and external platforms.
AI & Automation Integration: Assist in setting up and integrating data flows using our existing AI automation workflows (connecting spreadsheets, web databases, and third-party apps).
Interactive Data Visualization: Build and customize Power BI / Tableau-like online tables and chart platforms/extensions on our web system following provided documentation and brand guidelines.
Platform Connections: Implement AI-driven automations to connect, sync, and streamline data across multiple business tools and apps.
Process Documentation: Follow technical SOPs and maintain organized documentation for configured data flows and charts.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
Currently enrolled in or completing TESDA Data Analytics Level III, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field requiring OJT/SIL hours.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel (formulas, data structuring, and cleanup).
Familiarity with web-based data displays, charts, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or custom web table tools).
Basic understanding of logic flows, webhooks, or automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, or custom scripts) is a big plus.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn AI workflow integration.
Work Setup:
Own laptop/PC with stable internet connection.
Capability to work independently and communicate daily via chat/video calls.
