Acknowledgment and Agreement

By signing this form, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Access Request: I am requesting full administrative access to the WHM or cPanel hosting account associated with my website or domain hosted or previously set up by ROC.PH Digital Marketing Services.

2. Full Responsibility: I understand and accept full responsibility for all actions, configurations, and consequences resulting from changes made under this access, including but not limited to: website functionality, email services, security breaches, data loss, misconfigurations, or any system failure.

3. No Liability: I acknowledge that ROC.PH shall bear no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential issues or damages that may occur following the release of full admin access credentials.

4. Support Limitations: I understand that post-access support will be limited only to services covered by my active subscription (if any), and any recovery or assistance requested due to misconfiguration or errors made under this admin access may be subject to additional charges.

5. Security Awareness: I understand the importance of handling full admin access credentials securely and agree not to share them with unauthorized individuals. I accept responsibility for all actions done using these credentials.

6. Irrevocability: I understand that once full access is granted, ROC.PH may no longer have control over server configurations or backups unless specifically agreed upon in a separate service agreement.
