ROC.PH Email Downtime Update: Migration Completed Successfully

Since July 1, 2025, we have experienced unexpected email downtime with addresses under @roc.com.ph due to issues with our former email provider. If you sent us an email during this period and have not received a reply, we kindly encourage you to resend your message so we can address it promptly.

On August 25, 2025, we began migrating our email services to a new and more reliable provider to ensure smooth communication. This migration included all emails under both @roc.ph and @roc.com.ph domains. During the migration period (August 25–27, 2025), there were short instances of downtime affecting both domains.

As of August 28, 2025, 8:00 AM, we are pleased to announce that the migration has been successfully completed. All ROC.PH email accounts are now fully operational, and we are ready to receive your emails without interruption.
