If no project task has been approved by the client within 14 days from the project start date, you may request a full refund under our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. However, if tasks are not approved within 14 days due to delays on the client’s end or in the absence of special circumstances, the project will be considered lapsed, and refunds will no longer be applicable.

2. Non-Tangible Services

Digital services, including digital marketing, graphic design, and web development, are non-tangible, customized, and labor-intensive. Due to the nature of these services, once delivered or partially performed, they are typically non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy and Fees

If you decide to cancel a project and request a refund after commencement, the following fees will be applied to cover administrative, processing, and early termination costs:

  • 30% Administration Fee: Applied to cover costs related to project setup and management.
  • 20% Processing Fee: Applied for financial processing, contract termination, and resource allocation.

4. Fixed-Term Contracts

Expenses for third-party costs (e.g., ad spend, software fees, or platform fees) are non-refundable, as they are governed by the policies of respective providers. Any unspent budget allocated to third-party services will be returned to the client upon request.

10. Force Majeure

ROC.PH Digital Marketing Services shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under this policy if the delay or failure is due to unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, labor strikes, pandemics, and interruptions in power supply, internet, or telecommunications. In the event of a force majeure event, we will work to resume services as soon as feasibly possible, and any refund eligibility will be assessed based on the situation and work completed to date.
