The long weekend turned into a productive and inspiring learning session as we wrapped up another successful run of “Modern Table Service & Guest Experience: Professional Set-Up with Digital & Inclusive Techniques.”

Now on its third batch, this webinar was made extra special because it was by popular demand— participants from previous batches requested an encore, and we happily granted it!

From the basics of plate and glassware arrangement to digital innovation in hospitality, attendees learned how modern service meets timeless etiquette. The live demo portion covered table styling for different settings—casual, café, and formal dining—paired with insights on how to integrate QR menus, online bookings, POS systems, and digital feedback forms into today’s guest experience.

A highlight of this batch was the focus on inclusive service design—ensuring that tables and environments are friendly for PWDs, seniors, and children. Participants explored how accessibility is not only a moral and legal responsibility but also a strong foundation for business reputation and customer loyalty.
