Overview:

ROC.PH Digital Marketing Services is offering a Management Apprenticeship Program designed for aspiring professionals seeking immersive, hands-on experience in business operations, client services, and leadership. This structured program runs from 6 months to 1 year, with a training allowance that increases every two (2) months, based on performance and learning milestones.

Trainees will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, including Creative Multimedia, Web Development, and Client Services. As you grow, you’ll move from supporting solo tasks to leading a group of trainees, developing leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

🌱 Training & Collaboration

  • Participate in a structured training path in business management, client services, and leadership.

  • Collaborate with various departments such as Creative Multimedia, Web Development, and Client Relations.

  • Shadow and support managers in planning and executing daily operations.

💼 Corporate & Client Services Support

  • Assist in internal and external communications, scheduling, and team coordination.

  • Join meetings, take minutes, and help ensure deliverables are tracked and followed up.

  • Learn how to handle basic client inquiries and follow-ups under supervision.

📈 Business Operations & Administrative Support

  • Assist with onboarding new team members and organizing team-building activities.

  • Help prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for business development.

  • Support organizational processes in HR, Finance, and Administrative functions.

🧠 Learning Hub & Leadership Opportunities

  • Engage in activities within our Learning Hub, including online courses and webinars.

  • Eventually lead peer groups or training activities for new apprentices.

  • Contribute content, ideas, or modules based on your training experience.

Qualifications:

  • College-level or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Psychology, or any related course.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.

  • Interest in entrepreneurship, leadership, and creative problem-solving.

  • Open to working onsite in General Trias, Cavite, or remotely with proper coordination.


Incentives & Allowance:

  • Initial training allowance with increase every 2 months based on evaluation.

  • Option to extend or transition to full-time employment.
