We are seeking a Full Stack WordPress Developer and Client Services Intern with UI & UX Designer skills to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various WordPress projects, implement UI and UX design principles, learn about popular plugins and themes (including Elementor), and contribute to our Sales Account Services, Customer Experience, Finance, Accounting, Investment, Project Management, and Client Support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
                WordPress Development:
- Assist in the development of WordPress websites, ensuring they are responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.

- Collaborate with senior developers to implement custom functionalities and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development.
UI & UX Design: - Create and improve user interfaces for websites to enhance the overall user experience.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new projects.
- Ensure that designs are visually consistent with the branding and user-friendly.
Elementor Expertise: - Utilize Elementor, a popular page builder plugin, to create visually engaging and dynamic web pages.
- Customize and style Elementor elements to match design requirements.
- Optimize Elementor templates and layouts for performance.
WordPress Plugin and Theme Tasks: - Work with various WordPress plugins and themes, making customizations as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development.
- Assist in selecting and integrating suitable themes and plugins based on project requirements.
Sales Account Services: - Assist in reviewing and understanding client contracts and service agreements.
- Collaborate on sales account plans and schedules.
- Conduct meetings and demos to showcase our services to potential clients.
- Engage in lead prospecting activities to identify potential clients.
- Participate in negotiation processes to finalize account agreements.
- Communicate with clients for a positive account management process.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, client interactions, and sales activities.
Finance and Investment: - Assist in financial analysis and investment-related tasks.
- Conduct research on financial markets and industry trends.
- Collaborate on various financial and investment projects.
Project Management and Client Support: - Assist in planning, organizing, and executing various industry-specific projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Help create project documentation, schedules, and reports.
- Support project tracking, progress reporting, and issue resolution.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Provide support to the Client Service Teams in managing accounts and building client relationships.
- Develop a portfolio of work completed during the internship.
- Assist in planning and executing advertising activities for clients.
- Track and analyze competitive activity and consumer trends.
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Help resolve client issues and escalate complex problems.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to the development of support materials and FAQs.

System Administration (if you are a Computer Engineering major): - Assist the System Administrators in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary.
- Help with system updates, backups, and security monitoring.
- Collaborate on IT projects and initiatives.
- Assist in documenting IT processes and procedures.
- Provide end-user support for technical inquiries and issues.
