This full-day webinar is divided into two mandatory sessions to ensure you are fully equipped, informed, and ready to dive into your roles.

Part 1: Morning Session (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

Orientation & Program Walkthrough

The morning is all about setting you up for success. We will map out your training trajectory, clarify expectations, and introduce you to your mentors.

• Welcome Remarks & Partnership Overview: Deeper insight into the collaboration between TESDA and TECHVOC SKILLS INC.

• Curriculum & Traineeship Roadmap: A breakdown of the Events Management NC III competencies you will be mastering.

• Rules of Engagement: Discussion on attendance, performance tracking, code of conduct, and evaluation metrics.

• Q&A Open Floor: An opportunity to clarify any questions regarding your allowance, modules, or schedules.

Part 2: Afternoon Session (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM)

Day 1: Official Deployment at Metaverse & First Task Assignment

We hit the ground running. The afternoon shifts from orientation to active, practical onboarding as you log your very first official hours of the traineeship.

• Deployment & Role Assignment: Understanding your specific team structures and project assignments.

• Tools of the Trade: Introduction to the digital platforms, communication channels, and event planning tools you’ll be using daily.

• First Action Items: Receiving your Day 1 tasks and breaking out into initial project huddles.

🎒 Who Must Attend?

• All confirmed scholars and trainees of the 2026 Batch 2 Events Management Services NC III program.

📌 Trainee Checklist Before Joining:

1. Work Environment: Make sure you are in a comfortable workspace in your home with a good internet connection and your laptop set up.

2. Punctuality is Key: Please log into Google Meet at least 15 minutes before the 8:00 AM start time.

3. Dress Code: Smart casual attire is required as your cameras will be turned on during the sessions.

4. Tech Check: Ensure your laptop, camera, and microphone are working properly before joining.

Note: Attendance will be strictly checked at the beginning and end of both sessions.
