ROC.PH Face-to-Face Meeting Policy Update – Effective February 1, 2025

At ROC.PH, we have always prioritized providing high-quality digital services at the most affordable prices, ensuring unlimited support for our valued clients—both local and international. Since our inception, we have accommodated face-to-face meetings at our clients’ preferred locations, whether in their offices, malls, or halfway points. However, as we continue to grow and serve more businesses, we are implementing a structured approach to our face-to-face meetings.

Why the Change?

From the very beginning, ROC.PH has primarily operated online, serving international clients through email, chat, and phone consultations. When we introduced ROC.PH in the Philippines in 2016, we actively engaged in face-to-face meetings in nearby cities in General Trias, Cavite and other provinces such as Metro Manila, Batangas, Rizal and Laguna. Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, we strived to meet our clients in person to build strong relationships and foster transparency.

However, as a small team committed to delivering unlimited services at cost-effective rates, we must optimize our time and resources to maintain our promise of affordability and quality. To continue offering exceptional digital services at up to 80% lower costs while maintaining effective customer support, we are introducing a consultation fee for offsite face-to-face meetings.

We will continue to offer FREE Unlimited Virtual Consultations via email, chat, and phone. Whether you need a demo of our platform or guidance on your business and online marketing goals, you can schedule a virtual consultation for up to 1 hour per request at this link: https://www.roc.ph/book. Virtual Meetings via Google Meet are also still free of charge.

Onsite Meetings at Our Office – Free of Charge (Up to 1 Hour)

Clients are welcome to visit our home office in General Trias, Cavite for an onsite meeting at no cost for up to 1 hour. However, a confirmed appointment is required via our booking system at https://www.roc.ph. Any meeting exceeding 1 hour will incur a fixed consultation fee.

Free Unlimited Onsite & Virtual Consultation for Subscribers If you are subscribed to one of our services, you are entitled to free unlimited onsite and virtual consultations at our office and via Google Meet. This benefit ensures that our loyal clients receive continuous support without additional costs.

Offsite Face-to-Face Meetings – With Consultation Fee + Roundtrip Transportation

For meetings at your preferred location (e.g., your office, a nearby mall, or a halfway meeting point), a consultation fee plus the cost of roundtrip transportation via Grab will be charged. This ensures that we can continue to provide affordable and high-quality services while accommodating clients who prefer in-person meetings.
