What is the program?

MSME Startup Package Deal Program by ROC.PH is program to help startups and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Participating in the MSME Startup Package eal Program receive 12 months (one year) of MSME Startup Package.

We are not an investment company and do not take equity of any kind. .

What is the MSME Startup Package?

Startup Package is one of the plans for MSMEs at ROC.PH. You will receive the following:

– 1 customize one-page website with up to 5 sections with unlimited site maintenance and support..

– Unlimited Digital Marketing Consultation (Virtual-based- Phone/Mobile Call, Video Conference or Email)

– 5 Graphic Design requests per month.

– Customer Service Support for Site Maintenance, Consultation and Graphic Design services (Phone/Mobile/Email/Live chat)

What if I have already received a credits for my company?

This program is for new customer that have not used prior credits with ROC.PH.

Is this serious? Where is the FREE?

The program started in 2019, We partnered with local and international institutions to identity the most deserving company. This program is part of Give Back Program under Corporate Social Responsibility which has a goal: ” 1 paying subscriber = 3 GIVEBACK” means every paying subscriber sign up on us, 3 deserving entities will be getting a giveback perks. Due to the recent post about repeating increase pricing from our resource partners, we will change it from 100% to 90% discount. Your startup pay Php 1,800 and save Php 16,200 for the first year.

What is Domain Registration?

A domain name is an identification string that defines a realm of administrative autonomy, authority or control within the Internet. It is like facebook.com, google.com or ROC.PH.

You need domain for your visitor to get access on your own brand identity. It is also use to get a dedicated corporate email address.

Unfortunately, This is not included on your package due to third party provider. You may simple get one, transfer your existing one on us.

Is it a Complete Website Package included on this program?

The most needed technical and creative aspects are included on this package. However, Domain Registration and SSL Security are not included due to third party services.

What is SSL?

SSL stands for “secure sockets layer” and is a form of security for sites that handle sensitive information such as visitor’s personal information and credit card numbers. It creates a secure connection between a visitor’s web browser and the server of the company they’re interacting with.

Unfornately, This is not included on your package due to third party provider. You may simple get one on us.

Is it possible to upgrade to micro or small package?

Yes, It is possible. You will upgrade your plan and pay the difference.

I do not see my accelerator, incubator or organization listed in the partner section?

Yes, have your program manager apply to partner or email to partners@roc.ph.
