The Fresh Graduate Traineeship Program will take 6 months traineeship after their college internship and graduation.

We want to make sure you are prepared and adapt with fast paced growing environment at the next level of challenges and exciting experience after your college internship and graduation. Through Fresh Graduate Traineeship Program, We have three (3) stage phase:

1. First Stage (1 month)
   This is the how we help you to adapt the environment and difference from your college internship. However, Make sure you are prepared on real world challenges.
2. Second Stage (3 months)
   At this stage, You know what we are the expectation and seeing more results on your performance.
3. Third Stage (2 months)
   At the final stage, You are now result oriented and fully adapt the environment. This is your initial preparation to be official member of our pioneer team.

Team structure will vary, but all  trainees can expect to be welcomed by a team, and hit the ground running. You’ll be paired with a mentor who will show you around and help you grow, and you’ll work alongside full-time team member, on the projects they’re working on.

No way! We hire Fresh Graduate trainees for sales, marketing, and finance positions, to name a few. Our internship opportunities vary depending on business needs, so there’s no guarantee we will offer the same positions from one term to the next.
