Our Covid-19 Restart Response, Changes + Complimentary Perks

We are officially back to accept new clients, partners and new challenges starting October 11, 2021!

Amidst the economic disruption we faced due to Covid-19 outbreak, businesses that can still operate are being challenged on how to ensure business continuity.   In this case ROC.PH is not exempted. We have to identify appropriate workplace measures that can be adopted to continue running our operation while minimising the risks of community spreads of the Covid-19 virus, sustaining productivity and protecting our business.

ROC.PH has been temporarily pause from operation from November 2020 to May 2021 to review the crisis and business continuity plans, developing scenarios and putting them to the test in order to prepare for unknown variables surrounding the outbreak.

We successfully tried to have a minimal workforce or soft opening from June 2021- July 2021. 

When August 2021 came in, ROC.PH Team experienced Area of Special Concern which lots of Barangay in General Trias, Cavite got lockdown due to rising number of Covid-19 Positives and result of not having office-based operations.

Keeping our promise to serve, we tried to shift to work at home agreements. Due to the increasing number of Covid-19 positives in their home location, Most of us needs to undergo quarantine and follow the health protocols by the Local Government Unit and Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases ( IATF-EID or IATF).

Luckily, All quarantined team members received negative status from their RT-PCR swab test results and ROC.PH Team tried to resume our work at home arrangement in the middle of September 2021 month.

Regardless of what happened from 10 months on and off operations, ROC.PH make sure the following:

  • All Servers are 99.9999% up and running
  • All Client’s websites are running as promised.
  • Moderate to High-Level Tasks, Emergency and Urgent Notices serviced promptly.

Our Team Members undergo orientation with their transition to work at home arrangements. This arrangement is not a new thing with the company. ROC.PH was born as a remote company and challenge to have an office-based set-up when the platform started.

Changes from our GIVE BACK PROGRAM

·  Start-up Deal Program Changes

The program started in 2019 and offers a free 1 year one subscription to the Startup Package Subscription Plan to soloprenuers and micro, small and medium enterprises. Due to repeating increase pricing from our resource partners, we will change it from 100% to 90% discount. It means:
BEFORE: 100% discount on 1 year Startup Plan worth Php 18,000.00.
STARTING OCTOBER 11, 2021: 90% discount on 1 year Startup Plan worth Php 18,000.00. You can get the program by paying Php 1,800 instead of the regular price listed above.

·  Cooperative & Association Development Program Changes

The program started in 2019, focus to help Cooperative & Association and offers free 3 years one subscription to the Startup Package Subscription Plan to Cooperatives and Associations. Due to repeating increase pricing from our resource partners, We will change it from 100% to 90% discount. It means:
BEFORE: 100% discount on 1 year Startup Plan worth Php 18,000.00 for 3 years.
STARTING OCTOBER 11, 2021: 90% discount on 3 years Startup Plan worth Php 18,000.00. You can get the program by paying Php 1,800 /year instead of the regular price listed above. It can be a one-time payment for 3 years or 3 times paying on yearly basis.

·  Non-Profit Program Changes 

The program started in 2019 and offers a lifetime renewable one subscription to the Startup Package Subscription Plan to non-profit organizations. Due to repeating increase pricing from our resource partners, We will change it from 100% to 90% discount. It means:
BEFORE: 100% discount on 1 year Startup Plan worth Php 18,000.00.
STARTING OCTOBER 11, 2021: 90% discount on 1 year Startup Plan worth Php 18,000.00. You can get the program by paying Php 1,800 instead of the regular price listed above. Manually renewable every year. 

·  Digital Acceleration Program Changes – The program started in 2019 and beneficiaries of the Startup Deal Program and Cooperative & Association Development Program can redeem up to a 90% discount. We will change from 90% to up to 80% discount.
You can take advantage of the 80% Discount if you renew with a regular price of Domain, SSL and Business Email before your expiration date. If afterwards, You may get a 70% Discount.
Don’t use SSL or Business E-mail? 70% Discount before your expiration. If afterwards, You may still get a 60% Discount.

Updated Company Office Operations & Support Hours

Our Covid 19 Restart Response to keep our promise to offer a better customer service experience in Live Chat, Mobile calls, Social Media and Email. Also, We want to retain the safety, good mental & health support and company culture of our team members. We decided to change from Mondays to Sundays 8 am – 5 pm to Mondays to Fridays 8 am – 5 pm only except official holidays. This is Philippine Standard Time.
